I am a graduate student who studies asexuality and identifies as a gray-asexual. Most of my life, I’ve been pressured by family, friends, larger social institutions, mass media, to pursue sexual relationships, and I’ve always felt like that was not who I am. This blog is about asexuality. It’s about becoming visible. It is about creating a movement. It is about finding ways to convey the message to our loved ones and the world what it feels like to be asexual without being stigmatized and ridiculed. I will do my best to post stuff as much as I can, mostly backed up with peer-reviewed research.
